Your Google account
How ReviewRank uses your Google Business Profile
When you connect, you sign in with Google and choose to give ReviewRank access to manage your Business Profile. ReviewRank uses that access only to:
- Read your reviews, so it can alert you to new ones and match them to the customers you asked.
- Post replies to reviews, but only replies you've approved.
- Read your profile details (category, description, hours, photos and posts) for the check-up.
- Update your description, add job photos and publish posts, but only when you tap to do it or approve it.
- Read your profile's call, website and direction numbers for your monthly report.
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising, and nothing is posted to your profile without you asking for it or approving it. You can disconnect Google any time in the app's settings, or from your Google account. ReviewRank's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Good to know
Do I need a Google Business Profile?+
Yes. ReviewRank works with the profile you already have. You connect it by signing in with the Google account that manages it.
Which Google account do I connect?+
The one you use for your Business Profile (the account you sign in with at business.google.com). It doesn't have to match the email you sign up to ReviewRank with.
Will it get me to the top of Google Maps?+
No one can promise that, and we don't. Reviews, an active profile and replies all help, and the ranking map shows you honestly where you stand each week.
Who do the texts come from?+
A dedicated Australian mobile number. The text says your business name, so your customer knows who it's from. Customers can reply STOP to opt out.
What if I run out of texts?+
Your plan includes 100 a month. If you need more, email us and we'll sort it out.
Do I need a Reactive Web website?+
No. ReviewRank works with any website, or none at all.
How does the free trial work?+
You add a card when you sign up and pay nothing for 14 days. After that it's $29 a month. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
