We respond to every request and start work on it within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday). Errors and questions are free and never use your monthly hours. You can also see how much of your 2 monthly hours you've used.

Extra work is $100/hour, quoted upfront and only done with your approval. Unused hours don't roll over.
